Faith and values: your why

There are days when nothing works, nobody watches your videos and you don’t earn a euro. On those days, technique isn’t enough: what holds you up is why you do it and what you believe in.

Trusting in God

For many people, starting with whoever made this website, trusting in God is what brings calm when the process is slow. Not as a magic wand, but as a way of living:

  • You do your part every day and leave in His hands what doesn’t depend on you.
  • Humility when things go well: nobody gets there alone.
  • Peace when they go badly: a bad month doesn’t define who you are.
  • Gratitude for what you already have, so you don’t live always chasing the next thing.
Faith doesn’t replace work, and work doesn’t replace faith. Praying and doing nothing doesn’t work; working without peace doesn’t either. Both together do.

If you have another faith, or none, the idea behind it still works for you: you need something bigger than money to keep going when the money doesn’t come.

Your values

Your values are the rules you don’t break even when it would suit you. They protect you from shortcuts that end badly.

HonestyNot lying about your results or what you sell, even if others do.
PatienceAccepting that good things take time.
ServiceHelping others with what you know. It’s the foundation of any business that lasts.
FamilyNot sacrificing your people for a money goal.
Exercise: write in one sentence why you do what you do.
If your why is only “having money”, the first bad month will make you quit.
If it’s “helping my family”, “being free” or “doing things right before God”, you’ll last much longer.
