The customer journey (funnel)
Almost nobody buys the first time they see you. A funnel is the path someone follows from not knowing you to buying from you, and what you do to help them at each step.

Where people drop off
- Slow or confusing website: they leave without messaging.
- Replying late: whoever replies first gets the customer.
- Hidden price: many people don’t ask and leave.
- Paying is hard: offer card, Bizum or a payment link.
Collect contacts
Not everyone buys today. If you let them give you their WhatsApp or email (in exchange for something useful: a guide, a discount), you can talk to them again later. Always ask permission and explain what you’ll use their data for.
Improve the step where most people drop off first. Fixing a website that converts 1% so it converts 2% doubles sales without spending another euro on ads.
